Would you like to receive a grant for £1,000
We have 30 X £1,000 grants to donate to support the lives of transplant children!
Are you a children's hospice, hospital or health care professional that supports transplant children?
Founded in 2005, The Courtney Scarlett Memorial Fund has been supporting transplant children and their families by providing grants to help fund medical equipment that the children may need during their illness. We provide funding for
Specialist nurse training to support transplant children at home and occasional grants may also be considered for families to enable them to care for their child at home.
CSMF Child & Family Grants help children who are significantly affected by life threatening illnesses needing organ transplantation.
The child should be living permanently in the United Kingdom and must be under the age of 18 at the time of application.
Applications must be made by Health or Social Welfare Professionals on behalf of the child/family.
