If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that’s absolutely fine. All we require is a minimum of 48 hours notice, as a courtesy to both our hair stylists and other clients.
As a courtesy we will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment twice in a 12 month period within 48 hours. However continued failure to give at least 48 hours notice or failure to attend your booked appointment may result in a 50% service cancellation fee to secure any future appointments.
When booking all hair services during and post COVID-19, we will require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking, this will then be redeemed against your appointment.
Booking fees can be made by telephone or by BACS to the salon. If you decide to cancel your appointment, a refund will be issued in the original payment method.
Please note, cancelling or rescheduling your appointment within our 48 hour cancellation policy may result in your booking fee not being refunded.
Skin Allergy Test
If you are having a colour service carried out and you have not had a colour service at Rhapsody Hairdressing before, or you have not had a colour service with Rhapsody Hairdressing within the last 6 months you are required to attend the salon 48 hours prior to your appointment to have a skin allergy test. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of any booking fee.
